Trust Economics: Strategic Communication & Relationship Mgmt.

Sector:
Marketing & Communications
Technical Focus Area:
Integrated Marketing Communications & Media Strategy
About the Course
In today’s complex business environment, success depends not only on technical expertise but also on the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. This course explores the foundations of human relations and trust, the impact of communication styles, and the importance of context and perception when working with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Participants will examine their own habits and behaviors, gaining insight into how they are perceived and how they can more effectively connect with others.
The program takes a highly practical approach, using role-plays, case studies, and short presentations to practice real-world skills. Participants will learn to identify and map stakeholders, engage both hearts and minds, and tailor their messages to different needs, styles, and situations. They will develop strategies to handle difficult people and conversations, build influence without authority, and transform everyday interactions into opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
Finally, the course focuses on networking and long-term relationship building. Participants will learn how to broaden their network strategically, think in terms of “What’s in it for Us” (WIIFU), and create a sustainable relationship and influence plan that supports their professional goals. By the end of the program, they will have a clearer understanding of how to communicate with impact and cultivate relationships that contribute to both organizational results and personal success.
