Mentranus Training Center is committed to making our website and online learning experiences accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We continually improve usability for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Standards we aim to meet

We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our public website and learning content. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What we’re doing

To support accessibility, we:

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Our site is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and to work with common assistive technologies (screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition). Some older browsers or mobile operating systems may not fully support all features.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may present barriers and are working to improve them:

Legacy PDF/Office files: Some older documents may not be fully tagged for accessibility. We can provide accessible versions on request.
Some video transcripts: A small number of videos may be missing transcripts. We’re actively adding them.
Occasional contrast or focus issues after new releases: If you encounter this, please report it and we will prioritize a fix.
