About the Course

AI has moved from experimental prototypes to everyday communication tools embedded in messaging platforms, customer service channels, collaboration suites, and content workflows. This course provides a clear, practical understanding of how AI communication technologies work—especially NLP, machine learning, and conversational interfaces—and how they can be strategically applied to solve real communication challenges. Participants will examine the evolution of AI communication, from early rule-based systems to today’s neural and generative models, and study case examples of successful deployments.

Beyond the “how it works,” the program focuses on “how to design and use it well.” Participants will learn to scope business needs, design AI communication systems around user journeys, customize tools to fit organizational contexts, and integrate AI assistants into existing communication processes. The course also addresses critical ethical questions around privacy, bias, transparency, and regulatory compliance, helping participants build trustworthy, inclusive solutions.

Finally, the course looks ahead to emerging trends and future scenarios. Participants will explore generative AI, real-time translation, and AI’s impact on remote and hybrid work, developing strategies to stay ahead of rapid changes. By the end of the week, they will have a strategic view of AI in communication, practical experience with tools, and a roadmap for responsible adoption within their own teams and organizations.
