About the Course
This course equips maintenance leaders to architect a robust management system that elevates reliability and business results. You will connect strategy to daily execution: define risk-based workloads, standardize work planning and control, and use information systems to create and preserve lead time for effective scheduling and resource allocation.
You’ll compare your practices with world-class benchmarks, apply RCM/FMEA to optimize preventive and predictive strategies, and implement performance indicators that improve the consistency and reliability of asset information.
Finally, you’ll learn a practical auditing methodology—translating audit findings into an improvement roadmap backed by life cycle costing (LCC), RAMS, and a balanced scorecard—so gains are measurable and sustainable.
Objectives
