About the Course

This course equips maintenance professionals—new and experienced—to adopt proven practices that raise reliability and reduce total cost. You’ll clarify maintenance types and workflows, align roles, and standardize planning & scheduling with CMMS and KPI governance.
We translate reliability-based principles into a practical preventive program, connect spare parts/logistics to service levels, and apply cost tools (budgeting, variance, and lifecycle cost). Finally, we embed team behaviors—communication, safety, TPM, and CI—so improvements stick and scale.

Learning Milestones

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Map end-to-end maintenance work processes (reactive → planned → improvement).
- Implement planning & scheduling disciplines integrated with CMMS.
- Define KPIs that drive uptime, cost, safety, and quality outcomes.
- Build a preventive/precision maintenance program using reliability principles.
- Structure the maintenance organization, policies, and decision rights.
- Optimize spares/logistics and set inventory targets tied to risk and service.
- Prepare and control maintenance budgets using lifecycle cost concepts.
- Lead with clear communication, safety focus, and cross-functional alignment.
- Run team-based continuous improvement and TPM activities for sustained gains
