About the Course
Strategic maintenance planning is the connective tissue between business goals and day-to-day execution. This course shows how to translate corporate objectives into coherent maintenance strategies, policies, and processes that minimize total lifecycle cost while maximizing asset availability, safety, and product quality.
You will benchmark against world-class standards, design KPI frameworks (including OEE), and implement modern approaches like RCM and TPM. Practical guidance on CMMS/EAM data structures, work management, and performance reporting equips you to turn information into decisions.
An additional module on Strategic Maintenance Management explores certification pathways and how to build a forward-looking maintenance plan that integrates organization, technology, and vendor ecosystems for sustained improvement.
