About the Course
Maintenance planning is a core pillar of physical asset management—yet many organizations struggle to implement it consistently. This course clarifies roles (planner vs. scheduler), establishes the data and process foundations, and equips participants to create task plans, kits, and schedules that meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
You will build an object-based programmed maintenance approach using criticality, FMEA, and task selection tools; configure CMMS task plans and work orders; and design an end-to-end work management process from defect reporting to backlog control and execution.
The program culminates in scheduling for continuity (including shutdown/turnaround scenarios) and concise performance reporting, so leaders can see risks, priorities, and results at a glance.
