Operational Resilience: Process Troubleshooting & Performance

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Explain the elements of an effective operational process and how to measure it.
- Select and apply the optimal mix of maintenance improvement tactics (RCM/TPM/CBM/TBM/RTF/DOM/SLU).
- Use a structured troubleshooting workflow to diagnose and stabilize process upsets.
- Conduct rapid risk identification, assessment, and control during incidents.
- Apply RCFA tools and the “112 tools & techniques” mindset to resolve recurring issues.
- Build an operations resource/support “blueprint” and close capability gaps via gap analysis.
- Design and use KPIs and performance models to prioritize actions and verify results.
- Manage human factors: communication, handovers, and error reduction in the field.
- Develop a 90-day action plan and audit-ready standards for sustained improvement.
