• Develop a comprehensive road management plan with goals, KPIs, and funding scenarios.
• Plan and manage projects/work zones to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
• Select appropriate strategies across preservation, resurfacing, rehab, and reconstruction.
• Apply lifecycle cost analysis (LCCA) to optimize program and project decisions.
• Leverage digital tools (LIDAR, point clouds, traffic/big data, ITS) for smarter decisions.
